Ms. Marlayna

Ms. Marlayna serves as the Founder and Director of Grow Your Gift Conservatory of Music, FWB’s only community music school, and as the Executive Director of the Full Circle Music Foundation. These initiatives were birthed out of prayer when determining how to best serve her community with her gifts and talents. In addition to the aforementioned organizations, Ms. Marlayna serves as the Band Director at Saint Mary Catholic School, the Montessori Learning Center of Fort Walton Beach, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast. With these endeavors, she oversees the music education journey for nearly 300 student musicians each week.
To extend her reach of servitude, she is a sitting board member for the Okaloosa Arts Alliance and the Youth Advocacy Coalition of the Emerald Coast.

Marlayna is married to Chris and lives in Fort Walton Beach with their two children Kaleb (18) and Kilaya (17).
